Could you be the full-time Project Documentation Manager in Copenhagen we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Project Portfolio Manager International D&IS, and work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates.
Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, including Project Team members, Customer, Partners, Suppliers (following Project Manager directives) and Member of the Project Core Team . You’ll define and implement Documentation Management within the Project organisation, ensuring the whole project documentation availability.
You’ll specifically take care of categorizing technical and management documents produced for the Project in accordance with:
- Alstom internal rules,
- Project needs and Contract signed with the Customer relative to documentation management
We’ll look to you for:
- Ensure the Project Documentation Management plan is produced and validated
- Manage and implement the Project Documentation according to the rules defined in the Project Documentation Management Plan
- Confirm that rules are understood and respected by every Project Management team member
- Make sure internal validation of documents is done before submittal to Customer
- Manage the documentation delivery in due time to Customer
- Define and manage documents storage during Project life and documents archiving at the end of the Project
- Follow Customer and stakeholders’ documentation status

- Degree in engineering or something similar
- Knowledge of project management within industrial environment with a proven track record (3 years of experience in documentation management)
- Clear reporting skills and multi-tasking
- Analytical thinking, solution focus and resilience
- Fluent in English, Danish is desirable
