A profound understanding of the regulatory landscape is essential, enabling you to offer insightful guidance to clients on intricate investment fund matters.
Description
Providing legal advice to clients on various matters related to investment funds, such as fund structuring, investment regulations, compliance, and corporate governance.- Drafting and negotiating various types of contracts related to investment funds,
- Lead, motivate, and develop your team to ensure that they deliver high-quality legal services to clients

Profiles
- Bachelor or Master's degree or equivalent in experience
- Minimum 3 years experience as a lawyer in Luxembourg
