- Check advice for drawdown received from loan documentation solicitors to ensure that the security documentation are in order and not in breach of any laws or Bank’s criteria for lending or any regulatory guidelines
- Authorize loan disbursement upon completion of documentation and satisfaction of Bank’s criteria for lending and any regulatory guidelines
- Liaise closely with loan documentation solicitors, sales channel, approvers and Bank’s legal advisors to ensure compliance on Bank’s criteria for lending
- Ensure Service Level Agreement on turnaround time is met for disbursement of loan
- Provide timely statistics to the MIS team for management review

Qualifications
- At least 1 year experience in handling securities documentation
- Good product knowledge in consumer banking environment
- Analytical with a keen eye for details
- Willing to work beyond standard working hours when required
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- A team player
